extends AbstractCPConstraint

Constraint linking the end time of an interval variable var to an integer variable end when var is present, or fixing end to a default value when var is absent.

Creates a constraint enforcing end == end(var) if var is present, and end == value if var is absent.

Parameters:

var - the interval variable

end - the integer variable representing the end of var or value

value - the fallback value assigned to end when var is absent
