extends AbstractCPConstraint

Constraint linking the start time of an interval variable var to an integer variable start when var is present, or fixing start to a default value when var is absent.

Creates a constraint enforcing start == start(var) if var is present, and start == value if var is absent.

Parameters:

var - the interval variable

start - the integer variable representing the start of var or value

value - the fallback value assigned to start when var is absent
